Dezeen Showroom: a collection of jewel-toned graphic rugs made out of wool from New Zealand is among 14 new products featured on Dezeen Showroom.

Overlay Rugs by Danielah Martinez for DesignByThem

Designer Danielah Martinez collaborated with Sydney-based studio DesignByThem on a range of vibrant and colourful rugs composed of geometric shapes.

Overlay Rugs come in both rectilinear and rounded profiles with fringe detailing along select edges. All are made by hand from wool sourced from New Zealand.

The rugs were recently featured on Dezeen Showroom alongside an outdoor gym and a chair informed by Scottish kilts.

Kilt chair by Marcello Ziliani for Ethimo

Outdoor furniture brand Ethimo worked with designer Marcello Ziliani on a collection of chairs that share wraparound combined arms and a backrest panel made from stringent cords that take cues from Scottish kilts.

Kilt chairs are available with either teak or aluminium frames. A spectrum of colours can be specified for the rope that makes up the seat and backrest.

Out-Fit outdoor gym by Studio Adolini for Ethimo

Architecture practice Studio Adolini designed an all-in-one gym for garden furniture brand Ethimo.

Out-Fit is intended to be placed outdoors in both public and private settings and contains an upholstered bench, punching bag, a set of rings and a mat alongside structural bars.

L7 Times door system by Piero Lissoni for Lualdi

Italian brand Lualdi has continued its L7 door collection designed by architect Piero Lissoni with the release of a door that features a fence-like motif.

L7 Times is available in the same finishes as the other doors in the range and is characterised by its additional upright aluminium detailing.

Upholstered Reprise chair by Norm Architects for L.Ercolani

British furniture brand Ercol's sister company L.Ercolani has rereleased a chair designed in 2020 by Norm Architects with an upholstered seat and matching cushion.

The Upholstered Reprise chair's steam-bent ash or walnut frame is adorned with cushioned padding that can be finished in a selection of fabrics by a range of well-known retailers such as Camira and Kvadrat.

Africa by Eugeni Quitllet for Vondom

Outdoor furniture brand Vondom and Catalan designer Eugeni Quitllet have designed a collection of seating intended for outdoor use.

The Africa collection comprises an armchair, a dining chair and two stools united by their minimalistic, gently curved profiles.

Japanese workplace furniture brand Okamura has created an ergonomic office chair made from recycled plastic derived from discarded fishing nets.

Sphere helps keep the user upright and comfortable to facilitate long periods of sitting and is available in a range of colours.

AYA table collection by Foster + Partners for Benchmark

Architecture office Foster + Partners worked with British furniture company Benchmark on a series of solid wooden tables and stools that celebrate the materiality of ash wood.

AYA contains three different functional tables and accompanying stools, all of which are made from FSC-certified, British-grown ash wood.

Citrus outdoor rugs by Jorge Garaje for Gan

Designer Jorge Garaje created a collection of zesty and vibrant rugs for Spanish brand Gan that mimic the appearance of fruit in net bags.

Citrus outdoor rugs come in three styles – oranges, lemons and limes – that add a playful edge to indoor and outdoor environments.

Spanish tile brand Ceracasa has created a collection of tiles made from porcelain that mimic perforated metal.

Steel tiles have a weathered appearance and come in blue, copper, grey or neutral finishes.

Ovetto waste bin by Gianluca Soldi for SoldiDesign

Italian design company SoldiDesign has created a waste and recycling bin shaped like an egg.

Ovetto's statuesque form contains multiple compartments for storing waste prior to disposal and aims to create a focal point out of an object that is conventionally hidden away.
